However, Bridges to Success Inc. reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any program, session, or speaker due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen events).
If a program is cancelled by Bridges to Success Inc., participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or transfer to another session.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
5.1 Payments
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change. All payments for programs or workshops must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. You authorize our processor or us to charge your payment method. You’re responsible for applicable taxes. We accept payments via credit card, cheque or e-transfer.
5.2 Participant Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your registration:
More than 14 days before the program start date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
Between 7–14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the start date: No refund, but you may request to transfer your registration to another session or participant.
Requests must be submitted in writing to heather@bridgestosuccessag.com.
5.3 Program Cancellations by Bridges to Success Inc.
If a program or workshop is canceled by Bridges to Success Inc., registrants will receive:
A full refund of all fees paid, or
The option to transfer their registration to another available program.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to program cancellation.
6. User Content & Conduct
If you post reviews, comments, or submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and display them in connection with our services and marketing. Don’t upload anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful and don’t disrupt the site or other users.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through our programs and Website — including course content, handouts, recordings, slides, and digital resources — are the intellectual property of Bridges to Success Inc. or its licensors.
Participants may use these materials for personal learning purposes only and may not reproduce, share, or sell them without express written consent. No rights are granted except as stated here.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bridges to Success Inc., we aim to provide valuable, high-quality business management education for entrepreneurs and agriculture-based professionals. We understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms for withdrawals, cancellations, and refunds related to our programs and courses.
1. Program Registrations and Payments
All program fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Payment confirms your enrollment and secures your spot in the selected course or program. We accept payment by credit card, e-transfer, or cheque.
Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Bridges to Success Inc.
2. Participant Cancellations
We recognize that scheduling conflicts or emergencies may arise. Refunds are issued according to the timeline below:
Prior to 14 days before the program start date: Full refund minus a $25 administrative fee to cover processing costs.
Less than 14 days before the program start date: No refund is available; however, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant or future session (subject to availability and approval).

3. No-Shows and Partial Attendance
No refunds will be issued for participants who do not attend a program or leave a session early. We encourage you to contact us before your program begins if you anticipate attendance issues so we can explore possible options.
4. Program Cancellations by Bridges to Success Inc.
In the unlikely event that Bridges to Success Inc. cancels a program, course, or workshop:
Participants will receive a full refund of all registration fees paid, or
May choose to transfer their registration to another program or future offering.
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel, accommodation, or time away from work.
5. Substitutions and Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified participant, provided that:
Written notice is given at least 3 business days before the start date, and
The replacement participant meets any prerequisites for the program.
Transfers to a future session may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow 10–15 business days for processing after confirmation of eligibility.
7. Special Circumstances
In cases of verified medical emergencies, bereavement, or other exceptional situations, Bridges to Success Inc. may, at its discretion, provide:
A partial refund, or
A credit toward a future course or program.
Supporting documentation may be requested.
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Administrative or processing fees
Program materials or digital downloads
Customized consulting or coaching components tied to the course
9. Group or Sponsored Registrations
For employer-sponsored or group registrations, refund eligibility is determined by the organization’s agreement with Bridges to Success Inc. unless otherwise specified in writing.
